SHIPPING POLICY
We are currently shipping out orders once per week. We offer $9.25 flat rate shipping and free shipping for orders over $75. We are currently shipping within the US only. Local pickup service will be coming soon. Please check back for updates.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. If there is an issue with your order please contact us and we will work to find a solution.
Tracking information will be provided once order ships. We are not responsible for incorrect delivery or package theft. Errors in shipping information are the responsibility of the buyer so please check all information before checkout.
Allergy Info
Be mindful and aware of personal allergies and irritations. All ingredients are labeled with each product and it is important to reference these to consider any ingredients/allergens that could affect you. Spot test all skin products prior to full use. If any products cause irritation, discontinue use immediately and consult a physician. Phoenix Artisan Soaps is not responsible for injuries or accidents. If you have sensitive skin, are pregnant or plan to use our products on infants/babies please consult a doctor before use.
Product Quality
Our artisan soaps are all handcrafted with the highest attention to detail and quality. Due to the handmade nature of our product we cannot guarantee that all products will have the same uniform appearance. We use cold process soap making techniques that require 4-6 weeks to cure before use.
All natural handmade soap bars like to dry out in-between uses and we recommend using draining soap dishes to help prolong the life of your soap.
